Pittsburgh Technology Council Offers Trial Classes with eUniversity

For a limited time, PTC Members can try out the new eUniversity for free. This opportunity is open to all employees at member companies. The eUniversity is a great way to take high-quality, on-line classes for continued professional development from the convenience of your own desk. During this trial period, members will have the opportunity to try seven colege-level courses for free…a $700 value. Courses available during this trial include:

  • Ethics and Professional Knowledge
  • Fundamentals of Exceptional Customer Service
  • Getting Started with Word 2003
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills for Business
  • Java 2 Language Basics
  • Networking Essentials
  • Windows XP Fundamentals

Courses in the PTC eUniversity include, but are not limited to: customer service training, government regulations, Microsoft certifications, harassment training, technical development, and many more. There are more than 4,300 technical and non-technical courses in all.

Powered by Applied Behavioral Insights (ABI), the eUniversity is designed to offer convenient courses in a wide variety of business and technical topics, to give your company a competitive edge.

The PTC eUniversity has two catalogs: Business & Professional Courses and Technical and Desktop Courses. The Council has preselected courses we feel will be most beneficial to our members, however, all participants in the eUniversity have access to the entire course catalog.
