It’s the time of year all regional HR professionals wait for…the release of the PTC Annual Total Compensation (ATC) Survey. This survey has valuable data about what region companies are compensating their employees. It is used by HR professionals to compare how their company is compensating their employees versus others in the region.
For this year’s ATC Survey, 97 organizations responded, which represents a 34% increase over the number of participants in last year’s survey. The results included within this report reflect actual compensation practices for approximately 14,904 employees of the responding organizations which represents an increase of 52% over last year’s sample.
Surveys will be ready for release shortly. Although it is too late to participate in the 2008-2009 edition, you can still reserve your copy now. For even more compensation data, we will be hosting an event at the end of this month. Dawn Cumpston from Compensation Consulting Consortium (3C) present the key findings as we unveil this year’s survey. The event is open to anyone and features discounts for members.
