New Building at Cedar Ridge Business Park Reaches 100 Percent Occupancy

Cedar Ridge Business Park located immediately off of the Crafton Exit of Interstate-79 has recently signed the last two leases for the first phase of Building 300. One lease is an expansion for an existing tenant while the other lease, Farrellgas, is relocating from Neville Island. The management company, Secon Corporation, has 100 percent occupancy in this building and is now working on leasing Phase II which consists of a one-story 13,418 square feet of office building, offering custom built interiors to meet tenants specifications. Occupancy in the second phase is 60-90 days.
