Diagnostics Plus and Market Insight are combining operations. In the past, they had collaborated on an ad hoc basis, but this new move will strengthen and solidify their existing relationship.
Jim Fong, president of Diagnostics Plus, said he is happy that combining with Market Insight will offer clients a wider range of services. “We are particularly excited by their long history in the medical and pharmaceutical industry and the online space,” Fong added. In addition to being president of Diagnostics Plus, he was also named a director for Market Insight.
With 20 years under its belt, Market Insight specializes in medical, business-to-business and consumer studies for research consultants in service of medical device/equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare focused clients. “We have always offered top quality services, but the reality of today’s economy means we have to be more creative to deliver cost effectively for our clients,” Marlene Hutchison, managing director for Market Insight, said.
Diagnostics Plus, a full-service market research firm, has operated for 22 years. It focuses on business-to-business research and employs 20 research professionals.
The two firms will have a fully-staffed call center in State College equipped for medical, business-to-business and consumer research projects. They will operate under the same roof in State College, but Diagnostics Plus also has an office in Pittsburgh.
