Regional Internship Center Launches New, More User Friendly Web site

This past summer, the Regional Internship Center of southwestern Pennsylvania (RIC) unveiled a new, more user-friendly and updated website that links employers to students seeking internships.

The streamlined Web site makes pairing students with employers easier.  It provides customized portals for students, employers and universities and contains search engines and a live-feed of new internship postings.  Currently, the database contains the profiles of more than 7,000 bright, talented college students from more than 70 local colleges and universities who are seeking internships.  The RIC gives both students and employers an edge in today’s competitive market.

The new web site offers employers the chance to become part of Coro Pittsburgh, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization whose mission is to advance ethical and effective leaders who share a commitment to civic engagement.  The RIC is a program of Coro Pittsburgh.

College students, university and business leaders are invited to visit the RIC’s new website at:  www.TheRegionalInternshipCenter.org
