Bayer Corporation’s CEO, Greg Babe, was named “Employer of the Year” by the Employee Services Management (ESM) Association for his commitment to and engagement in employee services and programs that contribute to a high level of employee satisfaction and morale within the workplace.
ESM Association recognized Bayer Corporation in front of employee services providers, work/life professionals and human resource managers from around the country on Oct. 19, during its “Awards Night—A Night to Remember” event in St. Louis. The Awards presentation took place during ESM Association’s Employee Morale Conference held October 16-19.
“On behalf of our more than 15,000 U.S. employees, I want to thank ESM for the Employer of the Year designation. This honor validates the effort Bayer and its employees put forward to become an ‘employer of choice,’” said Babe.
