Robinson has been a tenant at Abele since 1999, starting with 4,934, and recently required additional space of approximately 7,500 square feet. They are currently occupying a total of approximately 12,400 square feet.
In order to accommodate CH Robinson’s expansion requirement, the third phase of Building 100 Emerson Lane was constructed, finishing the exterior of the building, totaling over 53,000 square feet.
